well it seems to be a phenomenon that I saw on collegehumour.com and my bro told me bout it cos they had it going at a house party.
They'd spin the cam round to the rest of the room when guys were wankin and be like WEEEYYYYYY BALLBEG!
it's fun from time to time but always hit F2 at the guys wankin to report them and block them 4 10 mins lol
